Frequently Asked Questions
What is a credit?
One credit equals one thumbnail analysis. Upload a thumbnail, run the ML pipeline, and one credit is consumed. Credits are deducted only when an analysis completes successfully.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We send a reminder email before expiration. Unused credits are not automatically renewed.
Can I get a refund?
Credits that have been consumed to run analyses are non-refundable. If you have not used your credits yet, contact legal@lumence.io within 14 days of purchase and we will evaluate your request.
What's included in an analysis?
Each analysis runs your thumbnail through our full ML pipeline: face detection and emotion scoring, text legibility at mobile scale, contrast and saliency, aesthetic quality, and niche benchmarking against 14 YouTube niches. You also get prioritized, specific recommendations.
