What is a credit?
One credit equals one thumbnail analysis or generation. Upload a thumbnail, run the ML pipeline, and one credit is consumed. Credits are deducted only when an analysis completes successfully.
Do credits expire?
Credits refresh monthly on your renewal date. Unused credits are lost at the end of each billing period, except on the Pro plan which carries over 10% of your remaining credits to the next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription and credits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase a credit top-up pack from the pricing page. Top-ups require an active subscription and credits are added instantly after payment.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us within 48 hours of a charge. Unconsumed credits are eligible for a refund. Credits already used for analyses are non-refundable.
What's included in an analysis?
Each analysis runs your thumbnail through our full ML pipeline: face detection and emotion scoring, text legibility at mobile scale, contrast and saliency, aesthetic quality, and niche benchmarking. You also get prioritised, specific recommendations.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices shown are before tax. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your location. Lumence uses Lemon Squeezy as its payment processor, which handles all tax collection and remittance automatically.
